About our breeding

I recommend contacting us as soon as you feel you are ready for a Bordertrix puppy as often the puppies are sold before they are even born.

All our puppies come from fully health tested parents and I use early neurological stimulation exercises to help them cope with life's stresses and toils, from 2 days old.

My pups are fed a raw diet with some high quality kibble to ensure they get the best start in life and are able to handle your feeding choices when they leave us.

There will be no guarantee they are toilet trained, however, I will have started the process of encouraging toileting outside.

We ensure the puppies have some alone time and get used to being on their own for short periods, helping them learn to cope with being by themselves. From 6 weeks they also have individual food bowls so they don't become possessive about food.

All puppies come with a puppy pack which includes;

free insurance,
a sample of food,
a familiar soft toy
a blanket with the litter's scent
information on how to look after your new family member
all health testing certificates and vet report
microchip details
worming and flea treatment information
diet sheet
KC registration certificate (if applicable)
contract of sale (a copy will be provided before the deposit is paid)

Note: I have decided not to routinely provide the pups' first vaccination as vets have their preferred brand of vaccine which may not be compatible, much better to leave it than over-vaccinate at such a young age.

I provide regular videos to show the puppies' progress and will offer support before and after they go home.

Until you have paid a deposit we are not under contract to provide you with a puppy.

Things you should know.......

Until you have paid a deposit I am under no obligation to provide you with a puppy, no matter how far you have travelled.
You will need to visit us prior to the collection date and I reserve the right to refuse to sell you a puppy without explanation.
I may ask for references or do a home visit to ensure my puppies are going to the best and safest homes.
My puppies are not to be neutered until they are at least 16 months old, this is a condition of the contract of sale. Puppies need time to physically and mentally develop before they lose vital hormones, I suggest you research this topic through unbiased media to understand why this is so important.
The deposit will be a third of the total purchase price and is non-refundable.
If you find you are no longer able to offer the puppy a home at any point in its life, you will return the puppy to me and not sell it on or give it away. If you feel you have found an appropriate home please discuss this with me before you let them go because they are here because of the choices I have made so I consider them my responsibility for their entire lifetime.
