Flint now competes Internationally and at Championship level in agility

Covid affected Flint's agility debut but, since July 2022, he has gone from grade 2 to 7 and is now a regular in championship classes across the UK. To keep him in tip-top condition he regularly attends hydro sessions, physiotherapy and a chiropractor.

He has qualified for lots of prestigious events along the way, won lots of league points counting towards finals. His rosette and trophy collection is extensive and very impressive.

Flint is offered at stud to approved and health tested girls of good temperament (strictly no merles). Please see our Stud Dog's Page for more information.

Flint and Rioja will be having a litter 2026 / early 2027, if you are interested in one of these prospective puppies please contact me to be added to the waiting list. (Note: puppies will go to the most suitable homes on offer based on several factors).

Zenii has provided us with our newest recruit - Bordertrix Loves Chianti aka Chi (Key)

Zenii's second and final litter to Mr Baxter was a tumultuous affair and one I never want to repeat - EVER!
She delivered 4 beautiful babies on 10th March 2026 but I knew something wasn't right and rushed her to the Vets. She had an emergency spay and screamed the place down for her babies! Honestly, this girl is so precious, the best mum and recovered quickly like nothing had happened.
Did we keep one? Hell yeah! Chi has her own page where you can learn all about what we're up to.
From June Zenii and I will be back in the agility ring and hoping we can get that last grade 3 win at agility to progress to grade 4.

Rioja aka Langamay Sparks of Colour For Bordertrix

rioja 7mth.jpg

Rioja has started her hoopers journey and, although she hasn't had a clear round yet, she gained a 2nd place at UK Hoopers Cardington Show in May 2026. She is showing some excellent work under competition pressure and I'm excited to begin our official agility journey from June.
We have attended a few fun agility shows over the winter and, again, she is showing amazing ability and maybe just a little too much exuberance, but she is only young and I am enjoying our journey together. We will be concentrating on her weaving and contact training with the expectation that she will be ready to fully compete in the 2026 season, until then we will do mainly jumping classes.

In March 2025 Rioja qualified for Crufts 2026 for breed showing and we had our first ride on a train to the NEC. She strutted her stuff out on the green carpet and I couldn't have asked anymore of her. I'd like to say she enjoyed it but, being totally honest, she loved meeting people but that was basically it. She showed beautifully and coped well with the crowds and attention but had well and truly had enough. I'm not going to actively chase another Crufts qualification as she's not happy doing nothing for hours. Maybe when she's a little older (and calmer).
